Here are a few of my favorite pictures over the week.

Travis had to change the light in his car this weekend, so Aiden decided to help.

Last week I found this cute shirt for Aiden to wear in Christmas pictures, but I couldn't wait till then. So this Sunday he wore it and looked like such a big kid.

Our neighbor's had a pumpkin carving contest on Saturday and Aiden and I did this one together. He picked the shape of the eyes and nose, but after we did that he was finished. Travis felt sorry for us and did the mouth.

The boys needed to get out of the house the other morning, so I put them in the bike trailer and we were off, after thirty minutes of getting everyone settled. But they were too cute sitting together in the trailer.

Part of the reason it took so long to take the boys to the was the tires were flat on the trailer. This morning I found Aiden "pumping" up the tires like I had yesterday. Uncle Doug if you ever need help with your bike's you've got a helper.

Too Much Excitment for One Day

Yesterday Aiden decided that he would fight his nap. The first time I put him down he played for awhile and then started crying, so I went and checked on him. He had decided to play in the closet and pull everything out. I got him up and let him play for a little bit longer then put him back down. Again he was playing and then I here this THUD and him screaming. I go in and the dresser is on the floor and he is crying with big tears. I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm guessing that he pulled the drawers out and/or tried to climb it and it fell over. Luckily he wasn't hurt it just really scared him. So I get him calmed down and put him back down and he's quiet for awhile. Then again I hear him screaming. I run in once again to find him on the floor holding his head. I can only assume from him saying jump that he jumped off his bed and hit his head. As a result of our accidents his room now looks like this.
Travis is going to have to go to Home Depot and strap the dresser to the wall, so I don't have to move it every time I need to get Aiden dressed.

This morning we decided we would take it easy and make breakfast. This is Aiden making pigs in a blanket with me.

This is why we spend most of our time in time out.

Uncle Steve and Aunt Susan sent Aiden a Halloween present the other day. That he carries around the house. The first day he had it he put him in his chair at the table and strapped him in and then the next day I found Scooby sitting on Aiden's little potty.

Here's a little video of Aiden and Scooby.

What a beautiful day!

We had a play day last week and some coffee spilled on the bookshelf. I took it all apart to clean and hadn't put it back together Sunday. I came to get Aiden so we could go to church and this is how I found him.

We also spent some time at the park Sunday afternoon since the weather was so nice.

What a look of concentration.

A Little of This and a Little of That

This week we haven't been up to much. Just going to school and enjoying the weather.

The other day Aiden got a package in the mail from Grams and GD. It was new Halloween books.

We took a few pictures to say Thank you to Grams and GD. Aiden has now started to say Halloween.

I was cleaning the coffee table this morning and while I was getting a rag to clean the top I found Aiden like this.

I moved our shelves in the Living room to clean so Aiden helped by restacking them and then found out that they were pretty fun to play in.

The park and back to the Pumpkin Patch

On Sunday we took the boys to a new park that was wonderful. Aiden had lots of fun climbing all over everything and going down the big slide. He climbed all the way to the top of one of the treehouses and went down a huge slide. I wish I had gotten a picture, but I followed him up to the top and slide down with him.

We took Lauren and Gavin back to the pumpkin patch on Monday.

This was Aiden last year when we went to the Pumpkin Patch. I can't believe how much he's grown.

Pumpkin Patch and a BIG WIN!!

We were pretty busy yesterday. First we watched the Longhorns beat OU 45-35. Then we decided we'd take Aiden to the Pumpkin Patch in Flower Mound.

Travis bought Aiden a jersey a few weeks ago to be able to wear watching the game. Today he wasn't in much of a mood to wear anything as you can tell by him taking his shirt off.

The Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch was great and we had a lot of fun. Here's Aiden at the top of a round bale of hay. What you won't see is him jumping off the hay to Travis.

They had all kinds of different cut outs to take pictures with.

They even had tractors and trains you could play in.

Travis and Aiden hanging out on the pumpkins.

They also had bounce houses to play in.

Last week Travis taught Aiden how to play the air guitar. While I was picking up the kitchen I hear the radio in the playroom come on and Aiden is playing the air guitar. As soon as I got the camera he wouldn't do it again. And yes that is Tejano music that he is listening to.

Picnic

The weekend we had our Fall Festival at church, Travis also had a company picnic. Here are a few pictures from the park. We had fun showing everyone our Hook'em Horns.

Travis and Aiden in Longhorn gear and Bryan and Drew in their Aggie gear.

Aiden and Travis after a nice day at the park.

Hopefully this weekend we can get a few more pictures to post and a BIG win for TEXAS.
